• Via Bank Transfer within the time frame given by us. (Call or write in for details). In case of late transfers, the money shall be refunded, less 10% as service charge.
• Alternatively call or write in with your credit card details (Credit card number, expiry date and CVV code), allowing us to conduct on offline transfer and confirm your booking immediately. Rest assured that your credit card details will be handled with utmost care.
• All other booking and cancellation policies apply.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation of confirmed bookings will be treated as follows:

• No Refund for cancellations made 7 days or less, ahead of check-in date.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 45 days ahead of check-in date.
• 80% refund for cancellations made more than 45 days ahead of check-in date.

24 hours from Check in.

MODE OF REFUND
Refunds, if any from NANDA LODGE will be reimbursed only by cheque or bank transfer.
